Innovation and Partnerships Manager, Bright Science Hub
Enabling open innovation and partnerships with startups and the innovation ecosystem, in the area of Food Technology, for the one of the world's largest producers in essential nutrients
It was an interesting and rare perspective to be able to move from an external consultant at Padang & Co, to an in-house corporate innovation role - seeing through the creation and establishment of Bright Science Hub from scratch when I first started in Padang & Co.
This role harnessed my strengths in stakeholder management and establishing partnerships in Singapore's innovation ecosystem, while building up my knowledge in food technology and nutrition.
It was also gratifying to be working in a purpose-driven company, whose entire business mission was around bolstering nutrition in the products we consume!
